These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with East Coast Hampers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. About Us
East Coast Hampers is a supplier of premium corporate gift hampers made with products sourced from producers in Suffolk and Norfolk.

2. Minimum Order Quantity
Our hampers are designed for corporate gifting and therefore a minimum order of 75 hampers applies to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are confirmed once we have:
- Agreed the order details with you
- Confirmed pricing
- Received any required deposit payment
We recommend placing orders at least four weeks in advance, particularly during busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas.
4. Lead Times
Our standard lead time is approximately five weeks from order confirmation. During busy periods, including November and December, longer lead times may apply. We will always aim to advise you of estimated delivery times at the point of ordering.
5. Product Contents
Our hampers contain products sourced from producers in Suffolk and Norfolk. While we aim to include the products advertised, we reserve the right to substitute items with similar products of equal or greater value where necessary due to supplier availability.
6. Dietary Requirements
We will do our best to accommodate vegan and other dietary requirements where possible. However, due to the nature of hamper contents and supplier production environments, we cannot guarantee that products are free from specific allergens.
Customers should inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
7. Alcohol
At present, East Coast Hampers does not supply alcohol within its hampers as we are not currently licensed to do so.
8. Branding and Customisation
We offer optional branded packaging and personalised note cards for corporate clients.
Branded items such as custom printed boxes may require:

9. Video Message Service
Where the optional leadership video message service is purchased, East Coast Hampers will:
- Proffesionally film and produce a short video message (upto 60 seconds in length)
- Host the video on a private webpage
- Provide a QR code linking to the video which will be printed onto note cards within each hamper
The client is responsible for approving the content of the video prior to distribution.
10. Delivery
We can arrange delivery of hampers to:
- Business premises
- Individual home addresses
- Multiple locations
Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
Once hampers have been handed to the courier or delivery service, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
11. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed during the order process. In most cases we require:
- A deposit at the time of order
- The remaining balance prior to delivery
All prices quoted are in GBP (£).
12. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, hampers are non-returnable unless the products arrive damaged or faulty.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate we will offer a replacement or refund.
13. Limitation of Liability
East Coast Hampers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
14. Changes to Orders
Any changes to orders must be requested as early as possible and are subject to product availability and production timelines.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
16. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
